PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Chair of the Department of Art and Design: University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg MS


·  Responsible of all aspects of Department of Art and Design

·  Building oversight/liaison with construction manager during remodeling/renovation/recovery from 2013 tornado

·  Assessment coordinator for internal and external assessment

·  Coordinator and principal writer, NASAD reaccreditation report and managed onsite review team, 2015

·  Course scheduling and course assignment

·  Evaluation of all faculty for annual evaluations and pre tenure reviews

·  Academic advising for at risk students

·  Budgetary and purchasing oversight, coordination of foundation grants

·  Develop and improve recruiting strategies and materials
